REFUND POLICY
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Any lessons which have been paid for at the members discounted price, can only be taken whist within the term of the membership. If the membership expires before all lessons are taken and is not renewed, the difference up to a non-members price must be paid.
Any events that have been paid for but not attended, with sufficient notice, will only be refunded if no cost has been paid to the provider of the event by DLSC, or if the cost paid to the event provider can be refunded to DLSC.
Any clothing or merchandise which has been personalised, is non refundable, unless the item is faulty on receipt or not personalised correctly.
Clothing or merchandise which is faulty on receipt will be refunded once the item has been returned and inspected, with all tags in tact.
If a deposit is requested for an upcoming DLSC event, this is non-refundable.
